Shipping

Shipping is free in Italy and abroad.

The goods are normally delivered within 24/72 hours from confirmation of payment and processing of the order.

The couriers used are: Poste Italiane, DHL and GLS depending on the areas, weight and content of the order.

Exchange & Returns

To exercise the right of exchange or return, the customer must send a communication relating to the exchange and return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the shipping will be paid by the buyer. Once the package has been received, Horus Sunglasses will undertake to send the recipient a new product of equal value at our expense or to provide a refund in the event of a return.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the packages must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and therefore without defects and conformity, complete with all packaging and including any free gifts included.

Otherwise Horus Sunglasses avails itself of the right not to accept the withdrawal and therefore not to proceed with the refund. The order will then be sent again to the recipient.
