Exchange and return policies

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE IN ITALY AND ABROAD

To exercise the right of exchange, the customer must send a communication regarding the exchange and return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the shipping will be paid by the buyer. Once the package has been received, Horus will undertake to send a new product of equal value to the recipient at our expense or to provide a refund in the event of a return. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the packages must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and therefore without defects and conformity, complete with all packaging and including any free gifts included.

Otherwise Horus sunglasses avails itself of the right not to accept the withdrawal and therefore not to proceed with the refund. The order will then be sent again to the recipient.

DEFECTS AND CONFORMITY

Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the goods received and, if he finds obvious anomalies or defects, he must notify the seller within 1 day of purchase. In the event of a lack of conformity, Horus will restore the conformity of the product by replacing the purchased order or total compensation if requested. REFUNDS
