WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS?

Shipping is completely free in Italy and abroad, while returns and exchanges can be made within 14 working days of receiving the product with a shipping cost attributed to the customer.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE LENSES MADE OF?

The lenses are made of polycarbonate with UV400 protection cat. 1 to 4

THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

To cancel an Order, IT IS SUFFICIENT TO SEND an email, within 10 HOURS following the order confirmation received, to info@horusunglasses.com indicating the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase. In this case the order will not be processed and any amount already paid by credit card will be immediately refunded to the bank details you indicate to us. After 24 hours, the contract will be considered concluded and the order forwarded, but you will still have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
